Your tasks will include:
You will liaise directly with customers reacting to live faults; provide timely updates and work with our NOC and engineering team to deliver fault resolution. At Magdalene, we pride ourselves on our ability to prioritise fault requests, schedule planned engineering works in accordance with engineering resource and work as a team to ensure exemplary customer service is delivered at all times.
You will hold experience in working with various Network Management Systems such as OMS / NMS. Equally, you will boast experience in working with DWDM transmission, PDH and SDH.
You will also be well versed in using Microsoft packages such as Excel for reporting information to management on SLA performance as well as reporting specified by our customers. We offer 24/7 NOC support; working on a shift rota basis you will provide ad hoc support desk assistance to our NOC Operatives.
