Due to increasing demand we are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and drive Magdalene’s Resourcing Team.
Your tasks will include:
Utilising your own recruitment network and traditional search and attraction techniques, you will ensure candidates are successfully placed into critical positions. Initially, your main priorities will include; building a growing pool of skilled telecoms candidates and introducing yourself to our customers.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will learn about this diverse industry from your peers. Travelling to customer sites mainly along the M4 corridor is essential in order to grow the resourcing venture, and as such, you will be accompanied by Account Managers in the initial weeks.
The telecoms industry is fast paced therefore experience in sourcing temporary workers in an agency environment would be advantageous for the successful candidate. Your energetic and vibrant personality will install confidence in the customer and pave the way to maintaining long-lasting, professional relationships.
Your attention to detail will enable you to identify the customer’s requirements promptly in order to devote time to sourcing the workforce. Your enthusiasm to succeed will encourage you to open opportunity avenues for the remainder of the Sales Team.

You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic. You’ll be responsible for managing your own diary of appointments; flexibility to attend corporate events and work varying hours is essential.
Your experience in recruitment will be pivotal to this role. Telecoms or utility recruitment background is preferred, but we would also consider applicants from other technical recruitment backgrounds.
