Your tasks will include:
Working alongside our Sales team, you will play a pivotal part in driving forward Magdalene’s resourcing business. Supporting our tier 1 operators and OEMS, you will both create and support resourcing demands. Using your network, databases and referrals, you will ensure the correct candidates are placed into the critical positions we are responsible for.
You will support both internal and external recruitment activities and work with the relevant stakeholders to achieve the best solutions for the case including day rate resourcing, professional services and Managed services. You will work to build a growing pool of diverse telecoms candidates and use your negotiation skills to win the best candidates when headhunting.
